What Qualifies for a Refund
Refunds are available when:
- The software does not function on your computer
- You can provide video evidence demonstrating the issue
- Your refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase
What Does Not Qualify for a Refund
The following concerns are not eligible for refunds:
- Detection by screen-sharing software
- Slowness in solution generation

- Your purchase details (order number, date, email used)
- Reason for refund request
- Video evidence showing the software not working on your computer
